皮膚・目の病気の方 - have a disease for eyes and/or skin |

病気・ケガを治療中の方 - are undergoing a medical treatment and/or having aninjury |

妊婦及び、ピル服用中の方 - are pregnant or taking pills |

酒気を帯びている方 - are under the influence of drink (alcohol) |
| |
紫外線の感受性を高める医薬品を使用中の方 （抗生物質・睡眠薬・効ウツ剤・水虫薬等） - have taken medicine that accelerates the sensitivity ofultraviolet. e.g. antibiotics, sleeping pills, antidepressant drugs, medicine for athlete’s foot |

1ヶ月以内に、レントゲン照射を受けられた方 - have taken an x-ray within a month |
| |
閉所恐怖症・発作・てんかん等の方 - are claustrophobic, spasmodic, and/or epileptic |

体重が110kg以上の方 - weigh more then 110kg (142lbs) |
| |
暴力団関係者又は、それらしき方 - are a member or related to an organized gang group |
| |
刺青（イレズミ・タトゥー）をされている方 - have a tattoo in your body |
| |
営業妨害及び、他人の迷惑となる行動をされる方 - take an action that is considered as an obstruction onbusiness and/or disturbs other clients |

施設ご利用以外の目的の方 - use the facility for a different purpose |
| |
18才未満の方（保護者同伴でも入店禁止です） - are under age 18 years old (entering is banned even with aguardian) |
| |
当店のシステム上、敏速な対応が出来ませんので、敏速な対応を求める方 - expect to have a speedy performance since the store cannot perform very speedily due to the system |

タンニングルームの複数での入室 - enter the tanning room with multiple people |

備品の持ち出し 1- take out and/or remove amenities |

日焼けオイル等の持込 (市販のオイルは油性で出来ていて、店内がベトベトになる為) - bring in tanning oil (the tanning oils on sale are oil-based, therefore, it is not suitable for our facility since it causes trouble when cleaning. |
